Return Policy
A-1PaintballStore accepts returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for the cost of both shipping the item(s) to them and returning the item with insured shipping to our warehouses. If the order qualified for "free shipping", customer will still be charged the fee to ship the order. Customer is also responsible for at 20% restocking fee.
Return packages must be insured by carrier. A-1 is NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process to us. The customer will not be refunded until the items reach our warehouses and are inspected for previous use.
All returns must be accompanied with a valid RMA number that can be obtained by emailing info@a-1paintballstore.com or calling 1-800-994-8011.
In the event of defective product it is covered by manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. Typically the manufacturer is able to resolve the issue directly with the customer. Should there be any issues please feel free to contact our customer service who will happily assist you.
