If you buy something from us and  find a lower price within 30 days of your order at another store, we will gladly refund you 120% of the difference in price. For example, if you purchased an item for $200.00, then found it for $180.00 (a $20 difference), we would refund you $24.00. Low price matching guarantee only applies to another licensed reseller's regular, new inventory and we must be able to verify the pricing. Matching does not apply to reseller's liquidations, clearance or closeout items or where the other retailer is backordered or out-of-stock. Also we do not match local paintball stores because we can't verify pricing and will not match any items sold below our cost and loss leaders. Private individuals and items sold through services such as Ebay are not eligible for pricematch. Not valid with any other offer. FREE Shipping Available

A-1 paintball offers available free ground shipping on most orders over $200. We may at any time change this offer. Certain categories like paintballs and bunkers due to the weight of the items carry very high shipping rates and we are unable to offer free shipping on those categories.  Free shipping offers only apply to orders delivered in the 48 lower states.  Free Shipping is NOT available on paintballs and bunkers.

Hassle Free Returns

A-1 Paintball will gladly accept return of any unopened and unused items for a full refund of the item cost and taxes within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for the item until received by our warehouse it is highly recommended that customer insures and uses a tracking method for shipping returns. Items may only be returned with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you wish to return an item call 1-800-994-8011.
